Dr. Stacey Bean founded and runs Indigo Trails as a holistic wellness center that offers retreats, workshops, small group and one on one private coaching sessions in the areas of human empowerment, mindfulness, and healthy living practices. She tells a compelling personal story of loss and triumph. We learned the importance of ‘following our TUG.’ That’s a hard or sudden pull in our lives driven by our subconscious. She studied three years with a shaman, has a Masters in Exercise Physiology, as well as a medical degree. She was inspired by a Joseph Campbell quotation:
“We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.” She works with the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, finding that horses relate to and heal people in a special way. Her approach relies on four pillars: physical, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual.
