Dr. Nye made a compelling presentation on how we’re all responsible for our own health. And that includes how we keep ourselves fit through regular exercise and sensible eating. Stress contributes mightily to heart disease. We need to stay healthy to better respond to the stress that we all face in our lives. Drugs aren’t the only or best answer.
